Python Job: Junior Software Developer (f-m-x)

At Partium, we provide medium to large industrial and technical retail organizations, OEMs (original equipment manufacturers), and machine operators with an AI based technology to find parts faster. We help thousands of field service technicians, customer support engineers, and store associates every day to do their job better and faster. Some of our customers in the European market include large traditional companies like Deutsche Bahn AG in Germany or Engel in Austria. We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Junior Developer to become a member of the European team. You will onboard, maintain and support Partium customers.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, maintain and support Partium customers
• Analyze and process customer data
• Understand customer specific needs, find solutions, and shape the future of Partium
• Support integration of Partium into customers’ systems
• Maintain and extend existing customer applications

Qualifications

• Technical education (HTL, FH, University)
• Experience in Software Development
• Experience in Python and/or Javascript/Typescript
• First experiences with databases (such as MongoDB, PSQL)
• Eager to learn new technologies
• Good communication skills in English
